Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer door to door courier services using Fastway Couriers.

How much does shipping cost?

A flat rate of R60 applies unless your address falls within an outlying area. Should this be the case we will contact you regarding further shipping fees which may be payable.

All orders over R550 qualify for free shipping.

How long will it take to get my package?

Once you place an order, we will do our very best to ship it as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving the order. Once dispatched please note that the delivery is not in our control as we use an external courier company. We will not be held responsible for delays experienced by the courier company. In our experience please allow for 2-4 business days from dispatch to delivery. This will depend on where in South Africa you are located. If you are in an outlying area please allow for more time.

The following is a guideline for how long it might take depending on where you are located, please note that this is merely a guideline and is not guaranteed.

  • PTA/JHB: 1-2 business days after dispatch
  • DBN: 2-3 business days after dispatch
  • CPT: 3-4 business days after dispatch
  • Outlying area: 7 business days after dispatch

We are based in Pretoria and all orders are dispatched from Pretoria.

Can I collect?

Unfortunately not, we are fully online based

Can I track my order?

Orders can be tracked online via www.fastway.co.za

Once your order has been collected by the courier, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number and a link to the Fastway website where you will be able to track your order.

Please note, it takes up to 6 hours for the tracking link to become active.

What if my order is not delivered?

In the unlikely event that your parcel is ‘lost’ or not delivered, please notify us within 15 days of the order being shipped. Shopmepretty will not be held liable should the customer not notify us within 15 days of the order being shipped. No refund/credit will be issued after this 15 day period.

Do you ship internationally?

No, currently we only ship within South Africa.

Payment Information

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment is made via Payfast by either Credit card, debit card or Instant EFT.

Is buying online safe?

Yes, it is safe to purchase from Shopmepretty. We use the industry-trusted, South African payment processing service, Payfast. Payfast is secure & approved by all major banks in South Africa.

  • PayFast is a PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider (the highest level).
  • PayFast is developed with the same demands on security and performance as web sites used for banking services and share trading. Your account login, personal details, and all money transactions are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology with high security 256 bit encryption.
  • Your sensitive financial information (like credit/debit card details) is never sent to the people you pay! So you can send money without sending your financial information! So you don’t need to worry about paying people you don’t know.
  • Payfast makes use of 3D Secure to further enhance the security of credit card transactions.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an order?

You can place an order online. Ordering online is preferred as it helps us with our order and stock management but you are also welcome to order via whatsapp if need be. You can find the link to our whatsapp line by clicking on the whatsapp icon on our website.  You will even find a “Order via whatsapp” option on each product. The system will automatically send us the details of the product(s) you would like to order if you use this option.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order using a guess account. However, we would advise that you do create an account as your information will be saved and you will not need to re-enter it the next time you place an order.

Can I cancel or change my order?

No, once an order is placed and paid for it is immediately processed. Therefore an order already being processed can unfortunately not be changed or cancelled.

Can I return a product and how can I return a product?

Yes, if you would like to return a product please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product and we will supply you with a return address.

Unfortunately, delivery and packaging costs to return the item is the responsibility of the customer. Furthermore please note that the original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Items will be refunded (Excluding delivery charge) provided that they are not used and are returned in the same condition as when first received by you.
